Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By booking or purchasing services from JM Visuals LLC ("JM Visuals," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are engaging on behalf of a brokerage or builder, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Services & Booking
- All appointments must be scheduled through our portal, app, phone, or email.
- Property access (codes, lockboxes, pets) must be provided at least 24 hours before the shoot.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or force majeure.
3. Fees & Payment
- Pricing is listed inside our booking portal. Custom quotes may be issued for out-of-market travel or specialty requests.
- Invoices are due upon delivery unless alternate terms are agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and checks.
- Delinquent accounts may incur late fees and suspension of future shoots until the balance is cleared.
4. Cancellations & Reschedules
- Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or lack of access may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled services to cover lost time.
- Weather delays will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Deliverables & Usage
- Standard turnaround for photos is the next business day. Video, 3D tours, and large packages may take longer; timelines will be confirmed at booking.
- Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property and your brand. JM Visuals retains copyright and may showcase the work in portfolios, advertising, or social media.
- Images and footage may not be sold or given to third parties without our consent.
6. Property Preparation
Clients are responsible for cleaning, staging, and securing the property before the shoot. Our team may move small items for styling but will not perform housekeeping or heavy lifting. Please confine pets during the session.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care while onsite, but JM Visuals is not liable for incidental damage, lost items, or delays outside of our control. Drone flights comply with FAA regulations; the pilot has final authority on whether conditions are safe.
8. Twilio Messaging
Our business phone number is powered by Twilio. By texting us, you consent to receive automated messages related to scheduling and support. Reply STOP to opt out.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
